WHAT’S INVOLVED?

12 weeks that really make a difference

1. Tailored Support

16-12 young people train together once or twice a week for an hour. Some lack confidence to work in a group, so coaches and volunteers can offer additional 1:1 support where needed.

2. Achievement

Young people can obtain their bronze Boxercise award. This means learning a basic shot combination, fundamental footwork and attending training with a positive attitude and responsiveness to the coach’s instructions.

3. Inclusion

The programme is 100% inclusive of different levels of fitness and we offer a range of alternatives to drills and exercises so that we can encompass all needs.
